How to understand our part numbers!
Starting with our flangeBUMPER:
“P3” stands for Precision Piping Products.
“FB” is the product line, so FB in this case represents our flangeBUMPERS.
“118” is the thickness of the material in thousandths of an inch.
“04” is the size of the pipe.
“0” represents the fractional size of the pipe, for example a 1 ¼” pipe has a 1 and a 1 ½” pipe has a 2.
“0150” represents the pressure class.
"SH" stands for the size of the hole. In this case "SH" represents small whole because this bumper will be paired with multiNUTS.
Moving on to our flangeBUMPER+Gasket:
The Bumper+Gasket has all the same numbers as the flangeBUMPER, but it has one different number in the middle.
“368” represents the thickness of the material in one thousandths of an inch. This number is bigger due to the added thickness of the gasket.
One important thing to note when selecting the size of your Bumper or Bumper+Gasket is that you need to know the correct pressure class to end sure the correct fit.
